For businesses Irvine, invite-only

You already have a sales team. They just eat here .

Every business has a handful of people who keep sending it customers and have never been thanked for it. Favor finds them, tracks what they bring you, and pays them out of a cut of the business they actually generate. Nothing upfront, nothing wasted on people who were coming anyway.

What you're actually buying

A cost per customer you can hold in your head.

Favor is not an advertising channel with a dashboard bolted on. There is no impression, no click, no cost per thousand anything. There is a guest who walked in with somebody's name attached, and a percentage of what they spent.

$0

Up front, and every month. You are billed against attributed spend or you are billed nothing at all.

One rate

A single percentage of the bill on a referred first visit. No auction, no bidding against the place next door.

Your margin

You set the welcome. If a free dessert fits and 20% off doesn't, offer the dessert.

Named

Every guest arrives attached to the person who sent them. You finally know who your advocates are.

The business side

See who keeps sending people through the door.

Word of mouth has always been the channel you could feel but not measure. This is the measurement: which regulars are doing it, how often, what those guests spend, and what it cost you to get them.

  • Referrals as they land, before the guest arrives
  • Spend attributed at the point of sale — no "how did you hear about us?"
  • Your advocates ranked by what they've actually brought in
  • One invoice a month against real, itemised visits

The comparison

Against the other things you've tried.

Not a claim that Favor is better at everything. It is narrower than all of these on purpose — it only does the one channel you've never been able to instrument.

Getting set up

An afternoon, most of it waiting on us.

There is no hardware and nothing to install for most businesses. If you take card payments through a system we already read, the attribution works on day one.

01 — Claim

Tell us where you are

Name, address, what you do. We check you're a real business at a real address and that nobody else has claimed it.

02 — Connect

Link how you take payment

A read-only connection to your card processor is what lets us attribute a bill to a referral without asking your staff to do anything.

03 — Set the welcome

Decide what a first visit gets

A course, a fixed amount, a percentage, a slot that week. Change it whenever. It applies to first visits only.

04 — Wait

Your regulars do the rest

You don't recruit advocates and you can't buy placement. People who already come to you start passing you along.

If your payment system isn't one we read yet

We'll say so before you spend any time on setup, and tell you honestly when we expect to support it. There's a manual fallback — staff confirm the referral at the till — but it's worse, and we'd rather you waited.

The fee

One transaction fee. Nothing else, ever.

Favor has no plans, no tiers and nothing to upgrade to. There is a single fee on spend we can attribute to a referral, most of it leaves us immediately, and if the guest never turns up there is no fee at all.

What you pay on

A referred first visit

A percentage of the bill, matched at your card processor. First visit only — after that they're your customer and their spend is none of our business.

What you pay upfront

Nothing

No setup fee, no monthly minimum, no contract. Month to month, and leaving gets you one final invoice for visits that already happened.

Where it goes

Mostly to your advocate

The majority of the fee is the thank-you paid to whoever sent the guest. The rest covers attribution, payouts and fraud checks. None of it buys advertising, because there isn't any.

What if the referred guest never turns up?

Then nothing happens. No spend, no fee, and no thank-you paid to anyone. An unredeemed favor costs you exactly zero — which is the structural difference between this and every advertising channel you've bought.

What counts as attributed spend?

The bill on a first visit by a guest who received a favor for your business, matched at your card processor. Tips are excluded. Tax is excluded. If someone pays cash and we can't match it, we can't charge for it — that one falls in your favour.

Can I cap what I spend in a month?

Yes. Set a monthly ceiling and Favor stops issuing new welcomes for your business once you reach it. Favors already sent stay valid — we won't let someone turn up holding a welcome we've quietly cancelled.

Do you charge again on the tenth visit?

No. Once is once. We don't want to be a standing tax on a relationship we introduced one time.

So what's the actual percentage?

We'll tell you directly rather than publish a rate card, because the number depends on your category and your average ticket, and a table on a website would be wrong for most of the businesses reading it. Ask and you'll get a straight answer in the first conversation, before you've spent any time on setup.

“Twelve covers last month came from four regulars. I'd have paid double what Favor charges to know that.”

“Nobody has ever asked me for a plumber twice. They ask once, and then they tell three other people.”

“I stopped running the discount app the week I could see which chair sent me the most new heads.”
